CANCELACIÓN: El Cliente podrá cancelar la reserva en el momento que lo desee. Si lo hace con una antelación superior a 7 días naturales de la fecha de entrada, no habrá penalización alguna, y se le devolverá el anticipo que en su caso se le hubiera cobrado, pero si lo hace con una antelación menor a 7 días naturales de la fecha de entrada, NO TENDRÁ DERECHO a que se le devuelva el anticipo entregado y por lo tanto la penalización será del 30% del total de la reserva.
Los clientes que no se presenten (sin haber cancelado la reserva previamente) tendrán una penalización del 100% del total de la reserva.
