The reservations made will be confirmed by the owner of the establishment, it will be considered as a pre-reservation until said confirmation. The Centralized system establishes a bilateral communication between the user and the owner of the establishment regulated by Decree 120/1998 of October 6, on the Planning of Tourist Accommodation in Rural Areas, of the Ministry of the Environment, Urbanism and Tourism, reformed by Decree 4/2000 of February 25, establishing the different rights and duties. on ordering of prices , reservations and complementary services . The pre-booking is valid for three days from the date on which the request for a place is made.
